BOOKING

Booking shall be made well in advance to assure transport, accommodation and other tourist facilities. Ethop Travel accepts fully inclusive or semi-inclusive packages.

CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT

All bookings made by clients shall be confirmed against advance payments. Payments shall be made through bank transfers on the following payment terms.

1.DEPOSIT

 * Clients shall advance 10% of total payment at time of booking to obtain confirmed reservations.

2.FINAL PAYMENT

* 90% of final invoice shall be paid 45 days prior to commencement of tour.
* For tour bookings made in less than 45 days, full payment shall be made upon booking & confirmation.

3.CANCELLATION FEES

*10% of total payment if tour would be cancelled between 30-45 days before tour date.
* 40% of total payment if tour would be cancelled between15-30 days before tour date.
* 60% of total payment if tour would be cancelled between 7-15 days before tour date.
* 90% of total payment if tour would be cancelled in less than 7 days before tour date.

* The remaining balance under each category above shall be credited in favor of the client and will offset against clients future travel expenses in Ethiopia. The travel shall be arranged by Ethop Travel & the balance shall be utilized for the purpose in less than one year from the tour date cancelled.
